The hotel's rooms, while suffering from an outdated air conditioning system common in tropical areas, were impeccably serviced daily by Soumanee. Despite some tired fixtures and fittings, the rooms provided a cool and comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who even remembered me and my family from a previous visit, as confirmed during a chat with Rudy, the Assistant Manager.
During our honeymoon stay, the hotel could use a face lift in terms of the rooms, but kudos to Mr Ahmed, the Customer Relations Manager, for ensuring we had a lovely well-decorated sea view room. The service was warm and personable, especially from the staff who met us with smiles and welcome. The location, though near Port Louis and Grand Baie, had some noise issues with a sonic bird scarer. The dining experience was significant, offering smoked salmon bagels, but could have had more variety in terms of cereal and fresh fruits.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were immaculate with nice cool air conditioning, making them very comfortable. The service was top-notch, with the staff being so friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was beautiful on the pure white sanded beach, although a bit far from some excursions. The dining experience was not the best, but the facilities were great overall.
The hotel offers decently large rooms with great amenities and thoughtful greetings, which I absolutely loved. They were spacious, quietly located, and tastefully decorated. The service was exceptional, with a variety of activities available like glass bottom boat trips, pedalos, and kayaks. The team was really friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location was good, though a bit outside busy areas, but perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay with a great bar and restaurant. The dining experience had some waiting times due to limited space, but the marinated fish was a highlight. Facilities were well-maintained.
